Honduras: As for many of these countries, violence and crime is the leading problem in Honduras. Over the years violence and crime have drastically increased in Honduras. One of the leading causes to the outbreak in violence and crime is the extreme poverty in which many people of the country face. Along with these challenges the country also has to worry about the lack of clean water and food insecurity. Over 600,000 people in Honduras lack access to clean water. Climate change is also starting to take a toll on the country. For Honduras the traditional rainy seasons are failing to show up causing additional problems for many regions and the country as a whole.

Challenges Our Sourced Coffee comes from

Guatemala: Guatemala faces many formidable challenges. Guatemala not only has a weak government, but they also suffer from corruption. With these not so underlying issues that the country suffers from, many of the people also live in poverty and face food insecurity. Guatemala also has a major problem of deforestation. Over 50% of the nation's forests have been destroyed, also causing soil erosion.

Mexico: Mexico’s biggest problem is the violence and crime. The violence and crime rate in Mexico is a major issue along with drug trafficking. Mexico also deals with bad corruption in the government. Likewise Brazil and Guatemala, Mexico suffers from deforestation, along with bad air pollution and lack of clean water.

Tanzania: Tanzania, no doubt a beautiful country, it still has its issues. Some issues Tanzania faces today are its population increase and poverty increase. With the consistent population increase in Tanzania unfortunately it means an increase in poverty. Many natives of the country also lack clean water.

Rwanda: As Rwanda has made tremendous progress in its economy since the Rwandan Genocides', Rwanda still faces challenges today. For Rwanda, receiving and sending imports and exports is very costly. Rwanda is considered to be landlocked. The country lacks regional railway networks causing a bad supply chain system overall for the country.. Rwanda also lacks arable land making crop planting and farming more difficult.

Brazil: Brazil has many problems in its country such as violence and crime. But not only that, Brazil has been experiencing sustainability risk due to rising inflation. Brazil also suffers from water pollution caused by mining activities, wetland degradation, pesticide use and severe oil spills, among others. Brazil also has a problem with deforestation.
